Both types of hair are considered the highest standard in the industry and behave like completely healthy, natural hair.
Density is a very individual preference, but also the most common concern for women who are not used to having a lot of hair due to alopecia or naturally thin hair. If you want a natural and everyday look, it is best to choose densities of 130% or 150%, especially if you have thinning hair or want it to be as similar as possible to your natural hair.
Densities such as 180% and 200% are chosen by women who prefer a more glamorous, fuller volume or who frequently style their hair in waves and curls.
